WChatz provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to create, train, and embed chatbots on their websites to answer customer queries and capture leads.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Pricing

  • We offer a 15‑day free trial with full functionality.
  • Monthly subscription: $3/month (billed monthly).
  • Yearly subscription: $30/year (billed annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase for yearly plans.

6. Your Data & Privacy

  • You retain full ownership of your business data, knowledge base, and lead information.
  • We do not store your Gemini API key or business data on our servers.
  • We only store lead data in your dashboard for you to access.
  • We do not share your data with third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WChatz for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
  • Uploading malicious code or viruses.
  • Harassing, threatening, or harming others.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

8. Limitation of Liability

WChatz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
